
Media Permit
What is a Media Permit?
A Media Permit can be applied for, and is issued at the discretion of the NWAC Board of Directors.
It applies to projects taking place across the entire Nyangumarta Determination area (exclusive possession and non-exclusive possession areas).
Is there an Application Fee?
If your Application is successful, you will be required to pay an Application Fee of $100, prior to the Media Permit being issued.
Who needs a Media Permit?
Journalists or news organisations producing news of the day or current affairs
Individuals, groups and organisations (including professional photographers/filmmakers) wishing to access and use existing images and/or footage (including drone footage) of Nyangumarta people or country for commercial purposes
Individuals, groups and organisations (including professional photographers/filmmakers) wishing to take or record new images and/or footage (including drone footage) of Nyangumarta people or country for commercial purposes
Businesses or organisations wanting to promote their business or organisation through a visit to Nyangumarta country
Not-for-profit organisations or individuals promoting a charity event or fundraiser through a visit to Nyangumarta country
